Return Policy

  • All returns will be handled in a case by case basis.
      • Special Order items are FINAL sale, and are NOT eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
      • Items sold as for parts/not working are NOT eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
      • Returns will be accepted within a 20 day period from when the item was picked up (or shipped for online orders)

      • Used Items (referring to items sold as being “previously used”) are eligible for returns

      • Returns will be accepted within a 20 day period from when the item was picked up (or shipped for online orders)

        • The item(s) must be returned in the condition it was picked up/shipped in

        • Items that were picked up on-site must be returned on-site

        • We recommend that you insure the package(s) and provide a method of tracking.*

          • Getfitted Garage LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.​

        • Once received, the item(s) will be inspected to determine refund eligibility.

        • If a returned item was part of a multi-item order (not to be confused with “sets” – see below), you will be refunded* for the individual cost of that item.

        • Items sold in “sets” (i.e. aero kits, wheels, lighting assemblies) must be returned as a complete “set” to be eligible for a refund*.

      • Refunds are available as:

        • Store credit

          • Available for 30 days

          • Can be used on another purchase from Getfitted Garage LLC.

        • Cash (advanced notice is required)

          • Only available when returning on-site​ and if the order was originally paid for in cash

        • Paypal

        • Square​

        • Stripe

*Return shipping will NOT be refunded

**All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee if picked on-site, or 30% if ordered online. This restocking fee will be subtracted from your final refund amount.
